Floor Systems
Using iStruct software, and a good dose of design ingenuity, we are proud to supply top quality Canadian and USA made products that deliver on structural integrity, dimensional stability, ease of use and quick delivery.
All ZyTech floor systems, using Nordic Engineered I-joists, West Fraser beams, Pacific WoodTech beams, and Wesure columns are guaranteed to meet or exceed building code and industry standards.

Roof Systems
Big or small, simple or complex, our in-house team of experienced design technicians and engineers will build a high-quality roof truss to your unique specifications.
With our world-class automated manufacturing equipment and our 3-D engineering software to assist in calculations, our roof trusses can be customized to suit virtually any truss shape or roof design. We have the capacity to manufacture and deliver clear span roof trusses up to 110 feet* in length (*Location Specific).
We offer virtual “walk-throughs” to help eliminate costly downtime in the field when components just don’t fit. Design loads are calculated and transferred through the engineered products right down to the foundation. This allows for every detail of your design to be carefully reviewed, ensuring that each project is a success.
Stairs
We are pleased to offer prefabricated, construction-grade stairs. Whether you require a site measure or a custom-build based on your plans, we can deliver them with your floor joist package, making transitions from one level to another safe and comfortable during and after construction.
All of our master-crafted stairs feature:
- 1″ plywood treads
- 5/8″ plywood risers
- Full depth 2x10, 2x12 and LVL Stringers
- Stringers routured to accept treads and risers
- Bottom tread screwed to stringers
- No staples, only spiral nails used
- Top risers screwed, not nailed

Lumber

Prefab Wall Panels and Tall Walls
We can Engineer and build Tall Walls for your project. Whether we use our own in house Engineering or fabricate based off of clients plans, our customized manufacturing process can deliver your premium quality Tall Walls.
Our Team can supply Prefab Wall Panels which are designed precisely in CAD software and manufactured with automated manufacturing equipment. Through our design methods we can utilize design efficiencies in your overall project. We work hand in hand with the site personnel and framing crew to supply the walls for optimized site installation. The increased speed of installation will help you as the client complete the framing portion of your building quicker than site framing methods with a premium quality product.
