Truss and wall panel assembly
Build roof trusses, floor systems and prefab wall panels on the plant floor. We train from day one; a good eye and a steady pace matter most.
Design and drafting
Design technologists and draftspeople turning house plans into truss layouts, floor systems and engineered drawings in MiTek software.
Yard, forklift and receiving
Load, unload and process building material orders, and receive inbound material accurately.
Truck drivers
Deliver trusses and panels to job sites across Alberta in a safe, timely and professional manner. We hire all classes of drivers.
Sales and estimating
Work with builders and framers from quote to delivery. Construction knowledge or sales experience is an asset.
Saw and line operators
Run the component saws and automated lines that cut every piece to spec. Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
